Each builder offered various plans and this gave the subdivision a feeling of custom homes. Allen Ranch homes vary in size from 2,000 to 4,000 square feet.

The Crossroads Towne Center is popular because it offers lots of boutiques. San Tan Village offers major retailers and some great restaurants as well as movie theaters.
