Hi Penney, it is time to give you a 100-day report on our new property. As I told you before, I truly believe that this transaction was the result of divine intervention. My heart had been so heavy since I learned of the young mothers death and how the dad, his two little girls along with his brother-in-law and his wife and their baby were looking to find a place to live together so the dad, uncle and aunt could all help raise the girls. Home prices were skyrocketing up and even worse, there were multiple offers in before I even would find out about something. I just happened to be on the right corner when your sign went up and, with your amazing help, was able to buy a perfect home for them to live in Phoenix. They are very happy and love that their school is almost across the street and friends live next door.

You introduced me to Dustin who gave me a great deal on a new ac unit and has taken over service on my other rentals. The sellers (with your support I am sure) agreed to furnish me with a 1-year warranty. Last Thursday the tenant texted me that there was water on the floor of the laundry room. I called the warranty company, and they sent a plumber who ended up replacing the water heater. At the same time, they corrected that overflow valve problem. My cost was only $75 for service charge.
