With 629 single-family residential lots, Neely Farms was one of the first developments in Gilbert to combine open space, parks and retention areas, making it a welcome addition to the town of Gilbert. Developed on the site of one of the oldest farms in the area, Neely Farms is home to over 1,200 residents.

June Neely Morrison still lives in the original farmhouse on Eliot between Gilbert and Cooper roads. Her family came form Texas in the early 1920’s. The family was poor but hard working and began building with just hard work. After WW2, the farm offered a way to grow and sell that produced the family income. Later on the farm grew cotton and grains that became the basis of commerce for the area. The farm grew to the beautiful land that today is home to many residents.
